What can I expect from this program?
You can expect to get stronger and build muscle while also improving flexibility and decreasing stiffness.
Who is this program for?
This program is for anyone busy looking to build muscle and improve flexibility without hours in the gym or stretching.
What makes this program different from other programs?
The program is intentionally designed to be intuitive and simple. Instead of telling you to use full range of motion, we build it into the workouts leveraging 1 1/4 reps, pulses, and exercise selection to help you get the most out of your workouts.
What is the structure of the program?
The program is 8 weeks total split into two 4 week phases with 4 training days a week. Phase 1 focuses on 1 1/4 reps while phase 2 focuses on pulses.
How long are the workouts?
Each workout is designed to be completed within 45 minutes - 1 hour. We took into account the frustrations that come from training in a commerical gym that may have limited access to certain equipment.
