Who is We Train MNM for?
Whether your goal is to look better, perform better, a combination of both, or get out of pain…we can help! Our service is particularly great for those looking to learn a more effective way of training that is both sustainable and adaptable.
How does it work?
Schedule a free video consult with our head coach Joshua Clay. After that, you’ll perform a 1-4 day testing week based on your goals and experience. This testing week is about getting a baseline of your mobility, flexibility, aches and pains, and strength. After that, you’ll begin your first training phase where your client will provide you with a video breakdown of your testing results and training phase overview so you fully understand the WHY behind your program.
How much interaction do I get with my coach?
All communication is done via the messenger feature on Truecoach, an app and software where all our programs are delivered. You can expect a reply to all messages within 24 hours. If a message is sent after 3 pm EST Friday then you can expect a reply by EOD Monday.
Is this good for beginners?
Our head coach Joshua Clay has extensive experience working with clients completely new to training. This makes WeTrain a perfect and more affordable option for beginners compared to in-person training.
I’m a coach myself, can I learn from you?
Definitely! Head over to Josh's Instagram where he regularly shares the best lessons. No gatekeeping. We're also building out a Trainer's Education Hub, so check back here for updates.
Why is it so effective?
Our head coach has over 10 years of working with clients in-person. This is contrary to many online coaches who have very little, if any, experience working with clients in-person. This provides a huge advantage in delivering the higher level coaching experience you deserve and the results you expect.
What’s the cost?
Our pricing depends on how frequently you want to train a week
2 days/week: $200/month
3 days/week: $300/month
4 days/week: $400/month
5 days/week: $500/month
You can change how frequently you train at any point and we offer discounts for those willing to commit to 3-12 months. There is no minimum commitment to train.

Fitness is for everyone. That's why we have something for everyone.
We offer 1:1 Training, and are launching a series of e-books for more experienced trainees. We also have 7 days free programming and always share tons of useful info on our socials.
